Plugging in Speakers
Hi, I have a 95 Integra GS-R 4 Door. I bought it a few weeks ago and the guy who sold it to me buys cars from various auctions and other things. He said the previous owner unplugged the speakers and everything so he could take his amp and sub out before he sold it. He didn't take the head unit for some reason so I guess it's all mine now (it's some Kenwood). Now, here's my problem. I know nothing about mechanics and I have no clue how to plug the speakers back in. I took some pics and maybe you guys can help me.
Back of the deck:

Right Rear Speaker:

Left Rear Speaker:

And the various cords laying in the back of my trunk:

Thanks.

well after seeing that the owner before you cut off the factory harness. And that he broke some good rca you will have to replace that if you would want to hook up a amp to power the speakers. And after looking at your pics it seems that he ran speaker wire into the doors. I would just run a new amp since everthing is allready done for you. Replace the rca's and your good to go.
I can't tell by the pix if the Kenwoods speaker outputs are connected to the stock speaker wires, [they will have to be].
In the fist pix I can see the speaker leads wrapped in duct tape
Gray and gray/black - right front speaker
White and white/black - left front speaker
Violet and violet/black - right rear speaker
Green and green/black - left rear speaker
The black tracers are the grounds... http://www.installdr.com/Harnesses/HA-Wiring.pdf here is a wiring diagram for you car.
Hopefully he used an adapter harness to connect to the oem radio plug.
Then you will have to find and connect the stock speaker wires to the speakers, should be easy on the rears, you will have to remove the front speakers to connect them.

Fcm I don't think their connected. Look between the second piece of tape. Not enough wire going thru that split. I don't think. If there is no budget I rather get a amp. If not put it back to stock.
Thanks a bunch for the input, but I don't have enoug money to buy an amp/sub yet so I'm just going to settle for these speakers for now. Keep the posts coming : ).
EDIT: Since I'm not very savvy at this kind of stuff, how much would it cost to just go to a stereo store and get them to connect it for me?

I was basing off what cc or bb would charge. From the pics it looks like they ran speaker wire into the door. I don't see speaker wire in the dash. Op can you see any aftermarket speaker wire in your dash that matches the trunk?

although I do agree, "DIY" it's not that hard.
soursour can you pull the oem radio harness/plug out and take a pix so we can see how the HU was wired to the oem radio harness?
We can walk you through the wiring, it is not that hard.
