pics of custom box setups
i am currently building a custom flush-trunk mounted box with two 10" subs and amp....my only problem is that the subs are sealed and i will have to seal the box underneath.....anyone got pics of how you created a box underneath the main trunk cover to fit into the spare wheelwell....YES i did a search and turned up nothing...thanks in advance...ps....92 civic hatch

i did the same thing, use fiberglass. how i did it was: build a frame around the spare tire well using MDF. i also put a divider goin down the well to seperate the two subs. once the frame is done, lay a bunch of tin foil on the well under the frame. now, just use the fiberglass to make a bottom for the frame. then you can just screw the top piece on that the subs are in. u can get the fiberglass resin and mat from wal mart or home depot. i have pics documenting my set up, from start to finish (almost finished, just need to add finishing touches like putting on the fans for my plexiglass covered amp box that sits flush w/the false floor, getting the plexiglass, and putting in the red LEDs all inside that box.) but the pix are all on my digi. and i lost it
