Never built it, but it is huge. Like 3 cubes I think. My friend was thinking about building it for his avalanche. He has a pair of 12L5's.

My friend has. He has 2 L7's getting 1500w a piece, and it's disgustingly loud. It sounds decent and he's in the mid 150s. Good luck.

How did they wire the sub in a way that caused it to blow? Sounds like you were clipping, or the box was shitty. Good luck getting that covered.

wel yeh the box is shitty , they just cut some little prefab for a 10 so mine would fit, but i never turned it up loud, i just drove from there home...like 5 minutes, with it soft then it started making the amp overheat like crazy.

but they wired it so weired ive never seen it done like that before...theres like 4 dif wires on the bottom connecting every post of the sub...i dunno, but im stil mad

they probably wired yours in series or in series parallel and made the load too low for your amp causing it to overheat too fast.
