I have a 91 accord Radio/Tape Player (with DOLBY sound y0!) in my 89 accord. I have a cd player - tape adapter that I use but a problem has come up. When i insert the tape in, it automatically rewinds it for about 2 seconds, stops, then plays about 2 seconds, then it rewinds again. It does this continious cycle. I cannot get it to stop. Any of you guys have an idea of what this could be?
thanks
thanks
the tape itself is probably bad. Tape decks (with auto rewind or flip) do what you're describing: Tape end, rewind, and play. The reason it stops rewinding and starts to play again is because it thinks it's at the beginning of the tape. Hard to explain really because there are two principles being explained exactly the same. Basically, i'm thinking the magnetic block in the tape is shot, and isn't reproducing the input from the CD player. Since there isn't any changing input, the deck thinks it's the end of the tape, and rewinds, since there isn't a tape, the deck stops rewinding and tries to play again. rinse repeat. Buy a new tape and see if that fixes the problem. Prior to that put an actual tape in. If it does the same crap, then your deck is shot. If the tape plays then it's the cd -> tape tape

Brazilian economic policy “open economy reform and failure-1990’s”
After having a great economic success under an autarky, which resulted in an economic growth only second to post-war Japan. The 1980’s marked a new era in Brazilian economic planning. A movement towards open trade and international trade was made. The 80’s where known as the “lost decade” as the liberalization of the economy backfired, and little economic progress was made. Then, in the 1990’s Brazil entered stagnation. The government planners tried to solve the economic woes of Brazil by using an anchored stabilization method to prevent increasing inflation. In this time Brazil accumulated international debt, increasing public debt, trade deficits, and a lower quality of living. The movement of globalization, stabilization, and privatization of the industries had disrupted the family owned enterprises, government run utilities and banks. The liberalization of the economy shocked industry, exchanges rates, and monetary policy. This paper will examine briefly the economic reforms planned by the Carduso cabinet, and observe the failures, which have lead to a declining real.
