Default need help selecting a capacitor

hey guys need some help getting a capacitor... battery dies after playing music loud for 30 mins and dont wont to get a new battery right now.. but anyways im trying to get a capacitor to save my battery from dieing... dont no much about the farads, but i have two 12 kicker solobaric L5's think there about 600 rms, and a kenwood 1800w amp not sure of the rms.. a rep at crutchfield told me to get a 5farad rms but kant find any that looks good only kould find cheap looking ones from pyle... i like the stinger nos look capacitor but its only 1 farad so i dont kno if thats enough power...trying to get something the color chorme or red too to match the car kuz its candy apple... so give me suggestions of some brand names and whats the right farad for my audio system... also any suggestion for a better type of name brand battery is also welcome.. by the way looking for something least expensive atleast 200 hundred and under

Don't waste your money on a capacitor; it won't help. You need a 2nd battery to keep your system running longer with the engine off.

if you plan on bumping half hours at a time a cap isnt going to help you..without going too deep into it..i would suggest you start the car and let your car charge everynow and then between

i usually bump my music when im driving usually have it down when the car is still but what is a good brand for a 2nd battery suggested?? any links??

Ditto both the above, a cap will not keep the batt. from dying, in fact the cap is another load.

The only way to get more "play time" is with a bigger batt. the only way not to kill the batt. is to have a second solenoid isolated batt. for the system. 94 94

If you listen to the radio off and kill your battery then buy a second battery and battery isolator.

If you kill your battery when the car is on,
Check that your current alternator is actually working. If it is start thinking of buying a larger alternator.

Capacitors are not meant to keep a battery from dieing. A capacitor is only good for a fraction of a second.
