The dumbass guy i bought the car from cut the harness to the head unit and i dont know what every wire is. Im trying to hook up my head unit and cant seem to find the right wires. Does anyone have a diagram they can send me or tell me where each wire goes? Its for a 89 crx ......thanks

This is actually for a 88 series Civic and should be the same..


White wire/ blue stripe -- constant power

Yellow wire/ red stripe -- switch power

Black wire -- Ground

Blue/ yellow stripe -- Left rear speaker +
Grey/ white stripe -- Left rear speaker -

Red/ yellow stripe -- Right Rear speaker +
Brown/ white stripe -- Right rear speaker -

Blue/ green stripe -- Left front speaker +
Grey/ black stripe -- Left front speaker -

Red/ green stripe -- Right Front speaker +
Brown/ black stripe -- Right Front speaker -

The red wire with the black stripe is for the lighting dimming circuit and should only be used with an OEM radio..
