My bass keeps cuttin out at low volumes but comes back on strong when i turn it up its a rockford P3 10" sub with a PPI amp

 

hey man...best bet....take all your stuff into a car audio shop where they can bench test each individual peice, could be your deck pre-amp outputs, or it could be a sub on it's way out....but hard to tell with the limited info. testing each peice separetly is your best way of finding the culprit....good luck with it!
