i have a sony xplod headunit just hooked it up. everytime i turn off the car i gott reset everything. what color is the wire for memory so i wont have to keep setting this crap up. i bought it used with no instructions and im not sure my alpine was a diff color.. thanks

 

Unless the decks are 10 or 15 years old and not a name brand, and were made before deck color codes were standardized, your constant 12v+ lead is going to be yellow.

 

alright imma mess with that yellow wire see if i can get something thanks man.

 

you can also try pulling a manual off of the sony site
