Default mb quart 4inch's

my friend has some 4 inch mb quart in his starlet..he recently put in kicks so he doesnt need them anymore..

he owes me an amp but im thinking of taking these from him instead

my GTi swift has space for them in the dash but the sun shines directly on them. bad idea?
i could also put them in the other stock location right beside the rear seats....
i aw them and they look MAD cool..how can i know which model they are? how much power can mb quarts take? would i do better building a small box for them with some tweeters and mounting it on my sub box in the rear?

thanks

Probably not. But it depends on the model. I would go for 50 watts each.
