Major Complicated Issue-DEI Python 990
*Hey, here's the story...
up until yesterday, my car starts very weak, but only by remote starting. I tested voltage and while cranking, the 3 red wires get 11.9v but the purple wire(starter wire) only gets 7.9-8.0v. The car does not start remotely, but perfectly by key.******
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The huge issue now...
this morning my car gets no acc power or any power at all. With my battery disconnected and trying to jump from a civic, still now power. The engine bay fuses are fine and the 2 15amp ign/acc fuses in the engine cabin are fine when checked. What else should I check.
PLEASE help!! pretty please LOL
EDIT: PARAGRAPH 2 FIXED

Did you check all the fuses? Check yr ground. Make sure you have a good ground. Do a cell test on the battery too. I know you used jumpers but it might b a good idea to just pop yr friends battery in. Make sure yr chasiss ground at the battery is good too.
Also check the big battery fuse under the hood. I think its a 100 or 60 amp.

Ok, i actually got it to start. The issue was the main fuse. Thanky ou very much.
Now my issue remains to be the 7.9v on the starter wire of remote start. The car does not remote start and pulleys spin slow when trying to crank.

Make and model of remote start?
It will be a bad starter relay in the remote start.
Depending on make and model of remote start there may be a "5th relay" that can be used for start. 94

The shitty thing is that dei uses the new style satelite relay pack which seems to be all in one instead of the oldschool sat relay pack where you could just simply unplug a relay and plug another in.
Ah I see. So I guess I have to try to replace the brain first? So I don't have to rewire....where I can remove the brain and car still starts?
Yep, a problem, your Integra does not need to use the "5th relay", on a DEI remote starts relay satellite there is an extra relay, #7- pink/white (+) output for 2nd ign., it can be programed, [menu #3 remote start options, 3-9] but here's the problem, it can only be programed as 2nd ign. or 2nd acc. not 2nd starter, [like just about every other remote start on the planet].
You have 3 options, "open" the relay satellite, remove the defective start/anti grind/starter cut relay and replace it with the unused 5th relay, will take soldering/de-soldering skills and tools, replace the relay satellite or do some rewiring, install a relay for starter cut, connect the heavy gauge pink/white to the starter wire, [downstream of the starter cut relay.
In the ribbon harness, at a plug, de-pin and switch the pin positions of the pink/white and violet leads, you will not be using heavy gauge purple and green leads that are now connected to the cars starter wire, remove them compleatly.
You are also going to need the H1/12 orange armed output, [from main harness] to control the starter cut relay you install.
Not sure is the orange lead is "energized' when in remote start mode so not sure if you will still have anti grind. 94

Wow thanks for the input but that's a lot of work. I am capable of it, however that's going to take a long time to do compared to a relatively "easy" fix.
