I am thinking of getting a Freeview+ PVR with a USB slot. I have seen the Humax 9200 being mentioned. However, I am a bit confused as to the availability and the features. I have heard people mentioning that it's noisy and so on. I want to look for a reliable pvr with usb slot so then I can transfer the files to a PC if needed.

I do not want to spend too much on it as I am thinking maybe £120 will be the upper level.

Any ideas on which one to recommend?

 

ive never heard of a "PVR" please explain for the confused.
