Car: 1998 Honda Civic HB DX

Just recently bought a Pioneer DEH-P6800MP and need to uninstall my old Sony Xplod CDX-M620. I took off all of the bottom dash to re-run wires and take this thing out but I can't seem to remove the Sony. There are two tabs it seem on the sides of the deck to maybe push in and pull out. I wasn't the one who installed it so was curious if anyone could help with getting this sucker out so I can get my iPod hooked up to my beast.
