i have a 92-95 civic but the radio i have is 96 + radio, someone rewired it before i bought the car. on the plug for the radio thier are 2 wires. light and dimmer. my stock harness doesnt have these, is there any way to make these work ? i tried hooking the light and dimmer to a 10A fuse that runs the high beams and i turned high beams on but the radio didn't light up. any ideas ?

the light wire hooks to the park lights, dimmer hooks to neg. dimmer. if their not in the oem radio harness chec the 4 pin harness at the cigarette lighter red/ black is p/ lights, not sure about dimmer but if you put a meter on it and turn down the dimmer you will see the voltage drop.
