hey i was looking at this in-dash LCD screen that i liked. there are two versions of the screen; the cheaper one with a crappy output or the more expensive one with better output. i already have a headunit in my car installed with good output. i was wondering if i could hook the LCD screen up to the headunit so that the audio volume would be controlled by the headunit. i was also wondering if the output of the LCD screen would have better sound quality also.

What is the make and model of the HU you have now and what is the make and model of the "indash LCD screen"? 94

 

i have the panasonic CQ-C7301U. the indash lcd player is the jenson VM9020TS

 

dude, just buy the jenson VM9020TS, it will output to your speaskers just as your other head unit will. that way its easy, clean, and idiot proof

 

if you could pull this off, it would look clean/sick.

 

Why would you want 2 audio HUs in the car, the Jenson is a double din HU, where will you install it, we are talking about an S2000, correct? 94
