Default Killswitch on 95 Accord

I've read all the posts and stickies concerning killswitches but have a few questions.

Starter: I plan to use a relay in the engine bay to isolate the starter solenoid wire. My plan is to switch the ground of the relay coil within the drivers area. I've read that I can simply jumper the OEM starter wire to feed the relay coil but also read it's recomended to run a seperate 12v feed to relay coil. Can someone elaborate on why a seperate 12v feed is recomended over feeding/jumping the relay coil from the OEM starter wire? If a seperate 12v feed is the best way to go can it be from any 12v source? If I go this route I'm thinking of using a 12v source that is being switched from a switch within the car, ie: park lights need to be on, AC compressor needs to be on, headlights, etc. This would give me two switched points to disable the starter circuit, in case one is found. Also, would the 12v source need to be fused if tapped off an existing circuit? How much current draw is there just across the coil circuit of the relay?

Fuel: Based on the reading I've done, I think it's best to attack this at the main relay (PGM FI) under the dash. I plan to change a few burned out instrument cluster bulbs so it would be a great time to make any connections high up in the cluster to hide what I'm doing. My question here concerns the ground. It seems there's two grounds. One is a direct chasis ground and the other MAY be a ground that's controlled by the ECM. I could use a relay here and simply switch the fuel pump hot side but I'd prefer to keep any switches on the negative side and avoid any high current issues. Does anyone have a solid working knowledge of the ground to be used on the PGM FI relay? I haven't been sucessful in finding a wiring diagram, online, that pertains to a 95 Accord. If you have a link to a 95 specific diagram that would be great. I just hate to start screwing around with the relay and not be entirely sure which ground won't raise hell. While I'm on the PGM relay subject, has anyone noticed the ECM throwing any codes with the ground switched? I read on another site that it will throw a code saying there's a problem with one or more sensors or injectors WHILE CRANKING. Has anyone experienced any negative affects from this switch install?

6 months ago the car was broken into but they didn't take it, just busted out the ignition and gave up. Recently they were sucessful in taking the car. It was recovered. So, I need to make an effort to try to keep it in my parking spot. I figure if I can pull this off, and add a dummy led flasher from Radio Shack, it's at least a start, and 1/10th the cost of an alarm.

Any feedback or suggestions is appreciated.
