There are many types of kill switches.

Depends on what you want to kill and then you can start to talk wiring

So I understand, you want to install some kind of "kill switch" that will prevent the ECU/ECM from working even if you remove the ECU/ECM and a crook plugs in another one, is that correct?

If so, install a kill switch on the ground to the PGM-FI Main Relay, if the PGM-FI Main Relay, [injector relay] does not turn on...

The ECU/ECM will not get power to IPG1 & IPG2
The fuel injectors will not get power.
The fuel pump will not turn on as fuel pump relay will not have power for either coil or switch and no ground trigger from ECU/ECM, [because it has no power to IPG1&2]

A few engine valve solenoids will also not have power.

In other words there is no way engine will start, much less run.

All you need is a small, [easly hidden] 1A SPST, [on/off] switch.

If you want to back that up a little, install a latching relay on the switched power to the ECU/ECM, use another 1A switch, this time a SPST momentary, [only on when held in place] or a "stealth" switch to latch the relay, it will delatch every time you turn off the ign., [passive arming] you would need to relatch it each time. 94
