IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO POWER FOUR SPEAKERS WHY ARE YOU LOOKING AT A TWO CHANNEL.YOU SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR A FOUR CHANNEL.YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SET UP YOUR SOUND STAGE BETTER THAT WAY.THE 3.5"SPEAKERS ARE NOT GOING TO HANDLE THE POWER YOUR 6.5"CAN.SO YOU ARE GOING TO OVER POWER ONE SET OR HOLD BACK THE OTHERS FROM NOT ENOUGH POWER

the amp is 2 ohm stable in stereo. wire two 4 ohm speakers in parallel, you get a 2 ohm load.
the amp it puts out 75x2 at 2 ohms.
each speaker sees half of that.
most aftermarket speakers can handle 30-40 watts of rms power so he might not hit the thermal limit.
you're right through, because he has a set of 3.5" speakers he might hit the mechanical limit of the speaker unless he throws a cap in line with the 3.5" (200Hz hp cap or a bassblocker), as he probably wants to have the 6.5" components play full range.
an alternative would be to ditch the 3.5" speakers for a box of dynamat for the 6.5" speakers in the door
