Kicker l5
So i have a kicker l5 i just bought and around the corners there seems to be like clue and on the corner there is a tear on the black part is there a way to fix this or should it not make the sound that bad?
I really didn't understand a word of that...
Are you saying that the foam/rubber "surround" (black ring of flexible material around the center cone) is ripped/glued?
If so, use some silicone, make your repair, and let it cure for a couple of days.
Should sound fine as long as there's no air leaking from the front to the back or vice/versa.

Sorry yea that part it seems to be glued on all four corners it still gives but its there and on one corner there is a tear so is it ok to just play it with the tear of will it sound bad and get worse
I once used fiberglass and apoxy resin to seal a 15' kicker up. It worked, definetly not for show though. Like stated it will sound bad and progressively get worse. Now days you can get **** brand new off of ebay for a 1/3 of the price.
