kicker amp and two kicker cvrs

Probably not. That amp is designed to power 2 door speakers and 1 subwoofer, which is what the Class D 3rd channel is for. Power output at 2ohms is 85W RMS for 1st and 2nd channel and 420W RMS for the sub channel. Although you might be able to bridge the sub channel to power two subs so I could be wrong. Not sure though.

Although I agree with RICO, [probably not] just not for the same reason, you can run as many subs as you want off the one mono sub channel as long as the final load of the subs is not below 2 ohms, however the CVR12" is a 400W continuous, [RMS] sub for 2 of them you would need 800W RMS to drive them properly, but then again if they are DVC 4 ohm subs, it would drive one of them perfectly, 1x420W RMS into a 2 ohm load.

rhanl you i was just wondering because i already have them. plus i got a good deal on the amp. ohh by the way the certificate on the box of the amp said max power 747 watts
The operative word there is max and really means nothing, when matching speakers to amps, [amps to speakers] you need to look at the RMS power of the amp and the continuous power handling of the speakers.
Please understand, the amp will drive the 2 subs all day long without any problem, powering a speaker, [or pair of speakers] with less then their rated continuous power handling will not hurt the speaker(s) you will just not get the full potential output of the speaker(s) the phrase "under-powering speakers is bad for the speaker" is an inaccurate statement, it's not the under-powering that hurts the speakers, it's driving an under-powered amp to constant clipping that hurts the speaker, besides sounding like kaka.
With that amp the sub bass would sound better using one of the subs, you would get better, cleaner, tighter sub bass from one of them then you would with both of them.
Another thing I need to know is what are they, DVC 2 ohm or DVC 4 ohm subs, a single DVC 2 ohm would have the same problem as two DVC 4 ohm subs. they can't be wired for amps optimum output.

Two DVC 2 ohm subs can be wired to a .5 ohm, 2 ohm or an 8 ohm load, wire them to a 2 ohm load and use both of them, just be careful not to overdrive the amp into clipping.

Just know you're not gonna get full power out of the subs. Your channel isn't powerful enough for it. If you do you'll probably wanna get a separate amp for the TWO CVRs like a Kicker 750.1 or 1000.1. But it will still sound good.
Just don't get too bass-happy.
