Default Keyless Entry Question

I have a 2001 Honda Civic LX and I want to buy keyless entry remotes off Ebay. How do I find the FCC ID on my car? I called a dealer and they refused to help me at all.

You don't need a FCC ID off your car you would only need a FCC ID if you had a factory keyless installed and needed spare parts, eg. remote or sensors. Almost all Keyless Entrys should work for you Civic, they are extremely easy to install if you already have power locks...all you need is the wire location sheet which i have for you here

Hope this helps
