keyless entry easy to install by myself?
Yep, not too hard. Give it a go, worst case scenario is you would have to take it to a professional.
Hardest bit would be running the wires through the doors.

I installed a Honda keyless entry system on my '99 Accord LX. The system cost ~ $155, plus $25 for the trunk opening device. The Accord is prewired for a keyless entry system, you just have to plug some new wires in, take old wires out, replace fuses, etc. No real cutting or splicing, just replacing and installing.
I don't know where to find instructions for the integra, but for the '98 and '99 accord (and probably '00, '01, and '02), here are the installation instructions (from handa-accessories, where I bought the system (plus some other things)):

Yes it is verrrry easy, shouldnt take more than an hour and a half, depending on how detailed you are about it. By detailed, i mean how well you hide wires and such. In my case it took 2.5 hours.
