Just Installed A Sony Head Unit

I just installed a sony xplod head unit in my 97 civic ex and now my keyless entry does not work. I think its the head unit, can anyone tell me how to get it back?

If the '97 was like the '98, the keyless module is contained in the factory radio. You can either bury the factory radio in the dash and keep it powered up with constant and switched 12v and ground, or buy an aftermarket keyless system.
