Default JL Stealth Box

I read a post about this box, and I can't find it now. Could someone please post some pics of it? Also, could you tell me the website for them so I can go look at it? Thanks.

Jl first came up with the idea for the stealth box back in i think 93-94. They used to make a crap load of different stealth box's for all types of cars and trucks. The Honda ones looked bad *** and hung from the rear speaker deck. They had a few different models for a few cars. You may wanna check caraudio.com an see if someone over there can give ya leads to finding some of those box's. I know they made some for 12's but alot back then was for 10's. hope this helps

I went to the JL website and couldn't find more info to point your direction...actually I couldn't even find a stealthbox listed for any Acura. So I'll just goes by memory and show you a pic.

Yes, it sits flush with the floor and you can drop the carpet over it and it will look like nothing is there. It was designed for Three 10W0 Subs. Here's a pic of raydn23's setup. He is a member on TI.net. Check on eBay or something for one cause I think I remember hearing that they were discontinued and therefor your only option would be to find a used one. Good luck

THey sell metal grills at circuit city for 10 bucks each. If you wanted to get creative, you could always build some kind of bridge over them with wood or something. I would jsut get grills.

JL also sells tough metal grills for any of their rubber gasket subwoofers.
For the w6v2 and w7 though you have to get the aluminum bar grills they sell.

That'll suck if you ever have a flat tire and get stranded.
