I know this has been discussed, but I searched and couldn't find a definite answer. My brother's head unit has an Aux. input on the back. If I get him an Ipod, will he be able to buy the cheap cable, and plug it into the Aux and get CD quality sound? I know he'll have to control it from the Ipod, but how will the sound quality be? Thanks.

 

Quality will be very good. Just get a good cable, ie, not one of the $4.99 el cheapo cables from walmart... Get something shielded, like a Monster or whatever.
