Default Interactive networking access

I recently purchased a Honda remote starter I plan on installing. It did not come with instructions but found some on estore.honda.com. The instructions state that I “Acquire the PCM Code from the Interactive Network”. Is there a way I can register/program my remote starter without having to go thru the dealer? I appreciate your help.

If you have your Vehicle Security Professional cert you can gain access to the PCM codes on http://techinfo.honda.com/.

Probably still need the i-HDS to program.

I would get the physical install done and then pay a dealer the hour to plug in and program.
