Ohhh... I understand now...

Buy blue LED's if you're a volunteer fireman (red if you're a chief), green LED's if you're an EMT, yellow if you plow or are a street dept worker, or purple if you're a funeral director.

Since NY State Law prohibits more than one light source, and requires 360 degrees of visibility on any emergency lighting, I recommend installing a bar on the roof.

I would also install the keypad on the dash somewhere.

Siren amplifier would be mounted in the rear cargo area or under a seat or under the dash if space allows.

The siren speaker gets mounted under the bumper cover, preferably pointing forward, also can be mounted dowward, so no water collects inside.

Hope that was helpful.

thanks again I intend to have a slimlighter in my windshield, led traffice mover on the upper corner of windshield

led flasher in the back window

maybe flasher in the headlights or the tail lights

I know in the bumper but would love to hear from someone who already installed these things into an odyssey, so I know where to access the firewall, how to remove the bumper or where in the bumper I have space to install the speaker

where do I tap into an ignition on only fuse etc!

Instructions are for foglight install, but it shows how to get the bumper off...

As far as getting through the firewall, have you even looked under the hood? I can't imagine that there are no grommets that you can push some wires through... Haven't seen a Honda without one...

As far as power sources, there are freepins on the fuse box that you can use for a switched power source.

What siren/light controller are you planning on using?

I am not sure what controller to use that's part of my question for now on my current Crysler car I have a seperate siren with 2 switches and then 3 switches for my corner lamp strobes..

Now I want 1 controller for them all, and don't think I will install strobes I think I will only go with LED's

We just installed a Tomar 940-DCP into a customer's car a couple of weeks ago. Worked very well.

http://www.tomar.com/products/sirens/940.htm

Slim-line control panel hooked up to a main control box mounted in the trunk. The only problem with that unit is that the outputs are low-current, so you can't hook lights directly to it. You need to have the control trigger relays to power lights.

However, we've also had good luck with the TouchMaster Delta... Integrated lights & sirens, but it's quite a bit bigger than I'd like...

Yeah, I know... Because having a six inch square box in your cargo area would totally prevent you from fitting anything else in there...
