Default Installing Glass Break Sensor. Splice wire???

Ok. My Viper 350 Responder don't have an extra 4 pin port in it. I have a proximity sensor that is hook up to that single 4 pin port.

Do I need to splice the 4 pin wire that the proximity sensor is using and tap that to use the Glass Break sensor? And do I need to install a diode in between the proximity and GB sensor for this to work or will this work as it is.

Single 4 pin connector having 2 installed devices. Proximity and Glass Break sensor.

Hopefully this make sense.

Thanks!

Yes, you can just parallel, [splice] the trigger lead from the GB sensor to the trigger lead, [full trigger] of the prox sensor, a diode must be installed on both trigger leads. 94
