Default Installation help... Loading sub box

Ok I just bought 2 12"s and a box that was designed to fit them... (ebay package) I'm also told by professional installers that it'll cost me a lil to have them load the box... the idea seems pretty easy to me... but i don't know that much about audio. I'm gonna run a sealed enclosure, so what do I gotta do to load the box right? do I just plug in the wires to the terminals, then screw on the subs? Do i have to seal it like I sealed my headlights with silicone? Any tips are appreciated thanx... BTW i have to install a deck and amp too so if there's something that's easy that I can do and will save me money let me know aight? thanx.
