IGN2 97 Civic

I've got 2 wiring diagrams, one says the yellow wire is IGN2, the other says it is ACC2, but it doesn't have power in ACC. The wire for IGN2 will have power in run only, correct?

Ign.2 should have power when in run only, not acc. or start.
