identify wire from crx, plus i need help
whats the the red with black stripe wire coming out of the audio harness? Also whats it mean when u havent changed any of the wires around but suddenly the rears dont work and are'nt blown.all wires are plugged in secure. The other day i was gettin little bit of alternator whine so i reach behind and wiggled wires for a sec and suddenly got alot of thumping so i shut it off. Now when i turn deck on only the components turn on but if i turn the volume from 1 back to 0 the speakers thump and u can see them push out. Also when i plug the rcas in for the subs they start thumping really fast and theres nothing played. Now the thumping all sounds like a ground problem, but why wont the rears even turn on now? front components are ran of amp and rears off deck power, subs seperated amp.
Ok when i only plug in 1 of the rca cables for the front components i get a really loud whine through the speakers.

Red/black is illumination, has power on it when you turn on your lights, park and head lights.
If things started happening, [rear speakers cut out] when "reached behind and wiggled wires for a sec." tells me the wiring is not "plugged in secure". Most problems, [noise and cutting in and out, or poor or no sound] when it used to work, are caused by wiring problems, and most of those problems are grounding problems, check the wiring and all the grounds, as there is an amp involved, pay close attention to the amps ground, don't just look at it, disconnect it at the amp and where it's grounded and make sure the contact to those points are good, make sure the ground for the HU is good, and yes a HU will still work work even if it's ground wire is not connected, it gets a ground from the ant. and can get a ground from the RCAs.

i unplugged both amps and all the speakers. So i hooked up the rear speakers directly to deck and nothing comes out what so ever. Sounds to me like the internal amp dont work no more
