you will want to wire up the sub so that it shows the amp a 2 ohm load.

heres your amps specs if you dont have them http://www.memphiscaraudio.com...L.pdf

and according to crutchfield if you do this you will be running the sub at full RMS power so you should have a good sounding setup http://www.crutchfield.com/S-K...312D4

you may want to look into some bass blockers for your main speakers they sell them at bestbuy and CC for not too much, it takes the load of making bass off of them to make sound better. i did this with my single 12" sub setup and i love it (00 accord coupe)

Edit: here is a link to bass blockers if you decide you need them http://www.crutchfield.com/S-K...g=761

Do you mean the R/F P3D412?
http://www.rockfordfosgate.com...tatus=

If so, it is a 500W continuous, [RMS] sub and should work well with the Memphis amp, 1x500W RMS into 4 ohms, however, get rid of the Q-Logic band-pass box, for a few reasons

1- Q-Logic band-pass boxes are crapola

2- With 500W RMS you will blow the box apart, [Q-Logic band-pass boxes are crap]

3- A band-pass box has to be built for the sub going into it, internal volumes of front and rear chambers and port(s) volume(s) have to be exact, and with a generic band-pass box they will not be.

4- You will damage the box, the sub and possibly the amp, you can not hear a clipping amp when sub is in a band-pass box.

5- Did I mention the Q-Logic band-pass boxes are crapola?

If you want good SQ from you sub, find the recommended 1 cuft sealed box... http://www.rockfordfosgate.com...94234
You will be a lot happier. 94

you wire them up in line of the postive wire for each speaker.
++++bass blocker+++

wire them up like that ^^^

and as for which one it depends on where you want your cut off points to be.

It's a mono-block amp, no bridging required. 94

The cda9835 has built in crossovers iirc, and as such bass blockers are not needed
