You have to put the picture on the web somewhere first. Then you put the url to your picture in the image tags.

yes first you have to get the pictures hosted some where (you can't just go off your hard-drive). Then click on the image Icon and you will get this [IMG][/IMG]
put the link to the picture inside the ][. then click post and you are ready to go.
