I own a '01 Civic LX and i want to buy some dynamat for the trunck only and i want to know if 10.5 square feet should be enough. I think that it would be close, and i dont want to wind up short.

you want it for the trunk lid or the whole entire trunk? i bought an entire BULK pack of extreme dynamat and it wasnt enough to do everything

 

u dont need to cover the whole entire trunk with it. u just need to do the thin panels. on the thicker metal u just need it in the middle. imagine a bell, when u press it, it rings until it fades out. but even if u put a small amount of dynamat on it, it will still stop the vibrating. it would be better to cover everything, but if u dont wanna spend 200-300 on dynamat or ur system isnt that crazy, then just conserve.

If you know someone who works at Tweeter or bestbuy they can get you the extreme dynamat cheap.
