how to extract codes from the radio?
Pay a visit to the dealer with the serial number off your radio and your VIN number and they will give it to you. Happened to me once before.

try lookin under your ashtray, under the trunk lid, etc.. some dealers will stick the code sticker in those places... if not.. then look in your owners manual to make sure the previous owner didn't write it down.. if all that failz.. your going to have to get the S/N from your radio and your vin number.. and either call sum dealers.. or go down there.. bring proof of ownership like your drivers license, registration to the car or something... some do it for free.. others will charge you.. so call around..
