Default Honda & Bose

Did any Honda models ever come with Bose audio from the factory?

Bose is horrible. Even worse if you are planning on upgrading.

yes! early 90"s(>93) accord se-i came w/ bose and leather. in black, misty beige(gold),a green color or something w/tan leather! not bad, a six dics standard!
it doesn't suck in the volume area, like my rsx does!
just go aftermarket, you'll get more for the money!
...m.

Bose is good for home audio apps. But as far as in car, no way. IF you need to replace a speaker, you have to replace the speaker and its amp. All Bose systems have an amp for each speaker in the car. And another reason Bose is no good for car audio, you can not put aftermarket speakers on the Bose head unit. You will need to get some sort of adapter to make them work. That adapter cost almost as much as a nice new head unit.

You will be better off just going custom. Head unit, amps, and speakers.

Actually, I just think bosed is too overpriced for EVERYTHING they make. Their high end home stuff is good, but all anyone ever sees is the crappy pre-connected home theatre setups when they are shopping around with a decent sized budget and custom picked stuff can fit that budget with better quality very quickly.

You gotta give them credit; they are the #1 speaker manufacturer in the world (I can't remember where I sourced this..but if i'm wrong, someone come yell at me)

OK Terrific. So much for that idea. I guess I'll stick with what I got and just get me an amp. Now I know Bose= not good, in fact I guess Bose sucks.
