Help with wire harness.
Thanks for looking
, the problem is that I was given by a friend a Sony cdx-m630 head unit that he replaced by another one, but the instaler cut the wires in the HU in a way that I can't identify the wires. I don't know where the wires go and witch wire is witch.
Tried searching but didn't find anything helpfull to my case. If anyone can point me in the rigth direction i'll apreciated.
BTW Iv'e been to the Sony web site but everything i can find/download is the owners manual and it doesn't has any diagrams/map for the wires. Been to Crutchfield and found the same.
Any help?

If you're using a wire harness adapter to plug into the car's wiring, just match up the colors. If you have wires left over coming from the deck, tape them up and zip tie them out of the way. Done.
BTW: Whites, Greens, Violets and Greys are your speaker wires (Solid is + and stripe is -). Blue/white generally power antenna (or remote), Light blue is generally an ATT input (not used), Peach I can't remember... Yellow is constant power (not remote) and Red is switched power. Black you got right...

Yes we have lots of them but the ones close to me don't carry them. It seems peolpe down here prefere to do the instalation the hard way. Plus the stores like Pep Boys, Western Auto, Walmart, Big Kmart, Sears... don't sell that mutch car audio stuff.
