Default help on setup

I just recently bought 4 Fosgate Speakers (to replace my blown stock ones) 6 1/2's for $99.99 a pair, so 200 for 4 speakers.. I got a Fosgate Punch amp (400S) 2 channel.. Didn't have enuff money for sub/other amp, so this is my question..

Currently I have the Fosgate Punch Amp connected to the 4 speakers, sounds great but I gotta watch the bass level or the speakers start popping at high volume, from what I've spoken w/ friends, they think I should get a Fosgate 4 channel amp, connect those to the speakers and do the 2 channel for the subs..

Mainly as long as the bass doesn't drain the treble and I get a nice thump, all is good, what setup you guys think I should go with? THanks..
