Default Help with Panasonic TV

Okay guys, I have the panasonic 7 inch indash TV with the control unit.

cy- vmd9000u is the indash
ca-tu7000u is the brain

I got all of this in and got it working. Went to hook up a 6 disk Panasonic CD changer and it wasn't playing sound. I've never hooked up a CD changer before (especially to something this complicated). My buddy pulled the brain out from under the seat, we hooked up the AV cables to it...and my **** no longer works. It won't even cut on. I have power, I have a ground, but I only have about 3V on my constant power, not 12. WTF did I do? Is this common? I've had a long day and need some outside advice.

do you have resistor on the line to the power that only has 3 volts....that could cause the voltage drop

Okay, I got it figured out. I feel like such a dick. It tunred out my underhood radio/backup fuse blew. Dunno why, but it hasn't blown agian. I figured it out when I started the car and the CEL was off. Got it all fixed.

To answer your ? packman, I mounted the brain under the seat and lenghtend the existing panasonic harness I already had. I just have it sitting under my drivers seat. It's not going anywhere.
