Default Help with my system

Here is my problem. My subs keep cutting out on me. I have two Alpine 10" dvc subs with a kenwood amp running at 2ohms. I just replaced my battery but it is still doing it. I know that I am not using a capacitor and that I should be using one but I have never had any problems like this before. It just started happening like halfway through this winter. Thanks for the help in advance and God Bless!

Check the ground on your amp.

Also check your wires to see if any of them are crossing. This could cause interference and make your subs cut out.

I don't know the entire nature of this problem , but could it be going into thermal shutdown protection state? Perhaps you are booming the bass too much. The war drums are overheating the amp? I dunno.

What is the model number on the subs and the amp? Typically, this situation is caused by mismatching the subs to the amplifier, causing the amp to go into protection mode (often due to thermal reasons).
