Help with JL Stealth Box

I need to know how to get the box out of the spare tire well. I tried just pulling it out, but it definately would not budge. Anybody know how to get it out?

You have to take off the Top Sub out. Once the sub is out, there is a bolt that holds it down. You can't miss it....
