I would start by getting yourself a good repair manual, like a helms... Or at the very least, review wiring information at http://www.installdr.com.

Well through out the years most of the honda colors have been the same. Im not sure about the gps though, post a pic.

You could always pay someone to do it if you're incapable of reading a wiring schematic...

 

This will be USELESS in your car.

The navigation is for Japan, so unless you live there, I don't think it will help you. The AM/FM tuner will not work on USA stations. Although I have read about people here who were able to wire in a video signal and use it as a stand-alone monitor.
