Help, Is this a good ground?

whenever i turn on my amp the protect light goes red then it shuts off entirely, if i plug in RCA cables it will stay on with the protect light lit up. just trying to eliminate 1 problem at a time right now.
this is the bolt on the back of the backseat in my ek and the ground cable is like 1 foot long running to the amp. just want to check if this is a good ground, and if it isn't where else can i ground it to?
thanks for the quick response, how about either of these bolts? first one is what holds the hook for the bottom part of rear seat and bolts in to the metal. other 1 is seatbelt bolt, and the last is all the way at the back of the car near the spare tire well.

damn ground wire was too small for that bolt or the seatbelt ones. the one in the first pic worked tho after i sanded off the paint. if it messes up again guess im gonna need a bigger ring terminal
Any bolt/stud that goes into the floor pan of the car is a good ground, including the one you are using, however it needs cleaning, all contact surfaces need to be cleaned to bare metal, and if that ring terminal is not soldered to the cable, do so.
Unplug the speaker leads to the amp and power the amp up, [turn it on] is protect light still on? 94
