ground for amp

ground for amp
I know that this question has been asked a million times but I tried the search and found no answer. Where do I ground my amp on my 96 teg. I haven't really seen a good place by the spare tire and am thinking about drilling my own hole. please help

theres a nice big fat bolt, take out the carpet pad in the trunk, and near the drivers side rear passanger seat (underneat, reaching in from the trunk) theres a nice fat bolt on a crossmember (i belive) it's a great place for a ground
