Default headunit install

1992 Prelude Si. I bought the car with a tape deck with 10 disc cd changer and wanted to change it out as I didn't like it anymore. So I had an older JVC cd headunit sitting around and started putting it in. I bought a universal connecter from Walmart and connected all wires, the wireing diagram I have shows that I did it correctly.

When I first plugged in the unit the antenna would go out and in, the headunit would come on and then immediatly show see you and turn off. It does not light up at all when car is turned on, and nothing show on the display. I can hit the display button and the time will come on and then immediately shut off.

Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like the radio's accessory fuse is blown, or the wire didn't get hooked up. The fuse should be in the underdash fuse box.

Thanks I will give it another shot today. I checked over the wiring twice but I will go over it again and also check the fuses. Thanks for the help.
