head unit memory wire
ok i own a 94 del sol.. and when i bought my head unit a year ago i wired it all up (hard wired) red to red black to black and yellow to yellow.. tried to turn the head unit on.. and nothing.. then i thought hmm lemme try something different.. wired red to red black to black and yellow to red and bingo! it works.. only one thing.. i have no memory.. so anything i set as far as stations and what not dont save.. ive tried many times to rewire it.. but i have no idea how.. maybe i can get some more advise?

Are you trying to wire the aftermarket harness to the factory harness, without a wiring kit? If so, it's not color for color. http://www.installdr.com
The factory del Sol memory wire is white with a yellow stripe or white with a blue stripe. The yellow wire coming out of the aftermarket headunit should connect to this.
