Default Ground wire?

I'm totally blank when it comes to chassis electric... especially when it comes down to my car. I've been reading articles and all that stuffs regarding grounding electric, and I have an idea what it does, but my problem here:

I'm going to be installing a pair of aux/fog lights onto the car on my own... everything is straight easy, but I still don't know where the grounding wire from the relay should be run to?

Is there a specific part on the car that I connect this wire to? Or do I just connect it to any screw or bolt on the engine block or chassis? Any of this make sense? I know this has nothing to do with audio and alarm system, but I know both has to work with grounding, so I thought I could ask for some help here. Thanx!

Any screw/bolt connected to the chasis is a grounding block...
