Grant and momo steering wheels...same bolt patterns?

Grant and momo steering wheels...same bolt patterns?
I am gonna be buying a detatchable steering wheel hub that is made for momo and sparco steering wheels...I have a grant one though....does anybody know if they are compatible or not?
