i took the stock speakers out and there are plugs that go into the stock speakers, I want to put after market speakers in. Shoould i cut those plugs off and just run them to the new speaker terminals also there are like 4 wires should i just twist the 2 wires from each side together to make 2 and put them on the terminals of the new speaker?

 

You could get the speaker wire adaptors, one set of leads is input from the HU the other set is output to the tweeters, [paralleal] if your not running tweeters, you don't need to worry about them. 94
