i just got done hookin up my new stereo and im getttin this awful feedback coming from the subwoofer...sounds kind of like a ground loop. i have 1 12in kicker compvr hooked up to a kicker 200.2x amp. i got the pwr wire and remote turn on wire runnin down the passenger side and the rcas goin down the driver side. im goin to try replacing the rcas tomorrow with newer ones to see if that doesnt help, anyone have other ideas?

ummm the best way i can describe it is really really muddy sounding bass if that helps. and when i skip between tracks the sub is rumbling. also, if i have the volume on nothin and say i turn it up to 1, the sub slams real loud for like a second. sorry if this isnt helpin, kinda hard to describe...

 

unplug the rca at the amp and see if it goes away.

if it does plug it back in and unplug it at the deck
and see if it goes away
