Just one more question before i install it. where you said "from the alarms siren output, [brown]" do i just take the wire and unplug it and connect it to the 85 and then get a wire and connect 85 to the spot were the siren output was before?</TD></TR></TABLE>Kind of...... disconnect the brown from the sirens pos. (+) lead, [probably red] and connect it to the relay, [85] 86 of the relay will go to ground, so now the relay is triggered by the alarm brains siren output, from this point it ca be done two ways, your way connect the sirens lead, [red, the one you disconnected the brown one from] and connect it to 85 of the relay, now the alarm brain siren output will run the siren and trigger the relay, [it should have no problem doing that] or my way, connect both the siren pos. (+) leads to 30 of the relay, that way the relay supplies power to both sirens, both ways will work fine, **** I almost don't understand that, maybe this is better, leave everything as it is on the alarm system now, add a wire to the brown, or even, [ if there is a little slack on the brown wire] just cut it, strip the 2 ends, twist them together and crimp the flat female spade, [quick release] connector to the wires, and plug it into the relay, [85] ground 86, get a constant fused 12V+ to 87 and connect the extra sirens pos. (+) wire to 30. One of these days I am going to get someone to show me how I can draw something on the computer and then "cut and paste" it to a post that I am answering, I know a fair amount about car audio/security/video, but I know diddly squat about computers, I am a computer illiterate 94
